     I'm in an in-person section, with the option to do log in to Zoom if we need to, so it is kind of like a flex section. Some things that I have liked about my classroom experience is the class structure, and class assignments. I like the class structure because we focus on learning the material on one day of class, and the next we apply those to participation activities, and to our assignment of the week. I like how the class assignments correlate with what we learned for the week. It makes it easier to complete it because the material is fresh in my brain. There really isn't anything I dislike about my classroom experience. I hope to have a similar structure to my classroom because I think that it does improve learning.

    Open Educational Resources (OER) are resources found online that people are able to access and utilize for free. People using these resources are allowed to use, edit, and share them with others without paying for the resource. OER Commons is a popular website that educators use to publish their own resources, as well as access others'. On this website, you are able to work in "Groups," which is basically collaborating, or you can publish (or access) individually. There is a library of resources and educators, as well as learners, can use these resources and share them with students/teachers without having to pay for them.

    I learned a lot from Assignment 4: PowerPoint for Information Dissemination. I've never had to record over a PowerPoint, so it was interesting to create, basically, a lecture online. I enjoyed learning how to create my own layout slides because the PowerPoint was consistent. I struggled with recording my voice-over, but once I figured out how to do it, it wasn't too bad. I think for improvement for next time, I can make my slides more aesthetically-pleasing. It was a put-together PowerPoint, but I think I could make it look more pleasing and consistent - maybe less busy with the different colors I chose for the background of the slides.
